working principle:
The magnetic rod is made of high quality stainless steel tube and high b value rare earth alloy Nd-Fe-B with special manufacturing method. It can be combined on the fixed frame to form a magnetic filter. When the material containing iron passes through, it is attracted by the magnetic rod, and the material containing iron is firmly adsorbed on the pipe wall of the magnetic rod, so as to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.
1. Surface treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing polishing and sand blasting, which can meet the requirements of food grade and health grade;
2. Shell material: SUS304, 316L;
3. Magnetic strength grade of magnetic bar: 3000gs, 8000gs, 10000gs, 12000gs, 13000gs, 14000gs;
4. Working temperature: 80 ℃, 100 ℃, 120 ℃, 150 ℃, 180 ℃, 200 ℃, etc;
5. Conventional outer diameter: D6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, 38, 40, 45, 50, 60, 63mm, any length, it is recommended that the length should not exceed 2500mm;
6. Diversified design of both ends: sharp end, threaded hole, external screw tooth, handle, etc.

1. High performance Nd-Fe-B magnetic rod is used, with stable quality and guaranteed quality;
