Slurry pipe iron remover, also called magnetic fluid iron remover or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluids, semi-fluids and other fluid materials with different viscosities to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles, keeping the materials clean, and at the same time. Protect the role of downstream production equipment.
Features:
1. The high gradient magnetic field generated by the optimized design of the magnetic bar ensures a good iron removal effect. .
2. Magnetic rod magnetic field with selectable range of magnetic force, 6000GS-13000GS
3. The standard working temperature is less than or equal to 80℃, and the temperature resistant materials should be notified to customer service. The maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.
4. Utilizing the design of flange, clamp, bolt plate, etc., it can be easily installed, removed and cleaned of impurities.
5. The pipe material is available in 304 or 316/316L stainless steel.
6. Pressure application requirements or other special requirements can be based on customer requirements.
