The drawer type iron remover is composed of a magnetic frame and a stainless steel outer box. According to different usage requirements, it can be designed as a single layer or multiple layers. The drawer type iron remover is generally installed on the production line pipeline through flanges or clamps, and can also be installed on brackets as a separate magnetic separation device.

Drawer type iron remover is an ideal product for sorting small iron impurities, widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries. Multiple magnetic racks are usually placed inside the drawer type iron remover box, and the magnetic rods of the upper and lower magnetic racks are arranged in a staggered manner, filling the entire box with a strong magnetic field. This design allows the material passing through the drawer type iron remover to fully contact the surface of the magnetic rod, effectively sorting out small iron impurities and pollutants from the material.
