Product Description

The plate magnet consists of an internal magnet and a stainless steel outer shell. The magnet typically uses ferrite magnets or rare-earth strong magnetic materials. The plate magnet is mainly used to remove larger ferromagnetic impurities, such as iron nails, screws, and iron wire segments, from block, granular, and powdered materials, thereby protecting downstream production line equipment and improving the purity of the material. The size and magnetic strength of the plate magnet can be customized according to the actual needs of the customer's production line, and the surface is generally made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. To facilitate installation, accessories such as hinges and lifting rings can be added.

Suspended Plate Magnet:

The Suspended Plate Magnet is primarily used on belt conveyors. With its threaded mounting holes and ring bolts on the back, it can be securely suspended on the conveyor belt using ropes or chains, or it can be bolted directly to the machine. It is capable of attracting larger ferrous impurities from high-volume material flow over a relatively long distance.
