Product Description

The rotating iron remover consists of three parts: a circular magnetic grid, a stainless steel chamber, and a motor. After the motor is powered on, it drives the annular magnetic grid inside the chamber to rotate, effectively avoiding the occurrence of agglomeration and blockage of materials when flowing through the magnetic separator, and efficiently removing iron impurities from loose agglomerated materials.
The rotary iron remover is mainly used to separate small iron impurities from powders with poor fluidity. These materials are prone to clogging when using traditional magnetic grids or drawer type magnetic separators. Mainly used for processing powdery and easily clumped materials. It is widely used in production lines of industries such as food, food additives, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials, pigments, charcoal, flame retardants, etc.
