Product Description

Magnetic pulleys are typically installed at the discharge end of conveyor belts to extract ferrous contaminants from bulk materials. As the product is conveyed toward the head pulley and enters the magnetic field zone, metallic impurities are captured and firmly retained on the belt surface. While traversing the pulley circumference, these contaminants remain secured by magnetic force until they exit the field zone, where they are automatically discharged separately from the purified product. Additionally, the shaft ends can be custom-machined to match existing bearing specifications, ensuring seamless integration and minimized downtime during installation.
