Quick-Release Slurry Magnetic Separator consists of a magnetic rod assembly and a stainless steel housing. The inlet/outlet ports connect to production line piping via flange or clamp connections. It is primarily used to filter fine ferrous contaminants from liquids, slurries, pneumatically conveyed powders, and gaseous materials within pipeline systems. Under the high-intensity magnetic field generated by the rod assembly, it effectively removes iron impurities from processed materials.
Features:
• Applicable to high-viscosity food products including juices, ham products, sausages, jams, minced meat, condiments, and dairy.
• Installed in transfer conduits across processing stages, capturing ferrous contaminants via high-intensity magnetic fields during pipeline transfer.
• Sanitary-grade compliance certified for food and pharmaceutical applications.
