The iron removal filter trolley comprises an iron separator frame, magnetic rod array, pneumatic diaphragm pump, static filtration module, and mobile base. Battery slurry enters through the inlet where impurities are removed. As the material passes through the U-shaped de-ironing section, ferrous contaminants are captured by the magnetic rods, achieving effective iron removal.
