Concrete Shuttering Magnets deliver efficient formwork fixation by securely anchoring construction molds to casting beds. These systems utilize high-strength neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets encapsulated within steel layers that redistribute magnetic flux to maximize surface contact area and enhance holding force. A protective housing safeguards the magnetic assembly while integrated steel components ensure structural integrity. Critical installation note: mounting surfaces must remain clean and contaminant-free, as debris creates air gaps that significantly reduce magnetic force and compromise fixing performance.

Using Concrete Shuttering Magnets：

• Position the magnet on the designated area of the steel formwork plate

• Engage the clamping lever to activate magnetic adhesion to the plate

• Disengage using a dedicated pry tool: Insert the tool beneath the clamping lever and lift. As the air gap between magnet and plate increases, magnetic force decreases.

• Securing side rails/modules: Utilize the integrated fixing screws to accommodate various rail types and modular components.
