Applications:
Magnetic powder iron remover is widely used in chemical, building materials, coal, food, refractory, battery and pharmaceutical industries, suitable for the removal of iron from powdery or granular materials, and is widely used in easy to agglomerate, bridging, clogging viscous or poor fluidity of materials to remove ferromagnetic impurities.
Characteristics of powder iron remover:
1. Quick-open design plan, easy to clean and install.
2. The magnetic strength is 3000Gs, 8000Gs, 10000Gs, the maximum magnetic field can reach 12000GS, the working temperature of ordinary products ≤ 80°C, and the maximum working temperature can reach 350°C under special requirements.
3. The number of magnetic rods can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material.
4. The inlet and outlet can be designed as flange or square interface, which is convenient for installation on various pipelines.
5. The rotating magnetic rod can prevent the material from clumping and clogging.
Scope of application:
The pipeline powder iron remover is a magnetic filter rod (magnetic rod) made of high-quality stainless steel pipes and high-B rare earth alloy NdFeB and other materials using a special manufacturing method, which is fixed in a frame made of high-quality stainless steel plate to form a magnetic filter. When the ferrous material passes, it is attracted by the magnetic rod and firmly adsorbed on the pipe wall to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.
