Automatic Iron Discharge: Equipped with a belt automatic iron discharge system, when the belt carrying adsorbed iron impurities runs to the non-magnetic area, the impurities are automatically scraped off into the iron collecting box. Manual cleaning is unnecessary, allowing for continuous automatic deironing, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance workload.
3. Stable and Durable: The roller adopts a waist drum-shaped structure with an automatic self-aligning function, effectively preventing belt deviation. The fully sealed bearing seat ensures excellent sealing, preventing dust from entering and damaging the bearings, thus extending the service life of the equipment.
