Working Principle
The adsorption force between the strong NdFeB magnetic core and the steel mould table is transferred to the stainless steel push button switch through the connecting screw to open and close the magnetic box. Single or double side bayonet design, can be directly stuck on the L-shaped angle steel side mould, double side equipped with 8.8 grade high-strength adjustable fastening screws, direct downward pressure fixed steel side mould, so as to strengthen the connection between the magnetic box and the angle steel, and effectively prevent the mould from displacement.How to use
When using, move the magnetic box to the suitable position to be fixed, press the button to make the magnetic core tightly adsorbed on the steel mould table. At the same time the bayonet clamps tightly on the steel side mould and tighten the side screw. Or go through other connecting accessories such as pressure plate to complete the fastening and finish the installation.When the production of the components is completed, you need to borrow a professional magnetic box crowbar, pry up the button, release the magnetic box of the magnetic box, so as to complete the disassembly or displacement of the magnetic box.
