Working Principles:
The magnetic rod is made of high-quality stainless steel tube and high-b-value rare earth alloy Nd-Fe-B with special manufacturing method. It can be combined on a fixed frame to form a magnetic filter. When the ferrous material passes, it is attracted by the magnetic rod, and the ferrous material is firmly adsorbed on the wall of the magnetic rod tube to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.
1. Surface treatment: mirror polishing, wire drawing polishing, sandblasting, which can meet the requirements of food grade and health grade;
2. Shell material: SUS304, 316L;
3. Magnetic strength grade of magnetic rod: 3000gs, 8000gs, 10000gs, 12000gs, 13000gs, 14000gs;
4. Working temperature: 80°C, 100°C, 120°C, 150°C, 180°C, 200°C, etc.
5. Conventional outer diameter: D6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, 38, 40, 45, 50, 60, 63mm, any length, the recommended length should not exceed 2500mm;
6. Diversified design at both ends: pointed ends, threaded holes, external threaded teeth, handles, etc.
Main technical quality standards:
1. Using high-performance NdFeB magnetic rod, the quality is stable and the quality is guaranteed;
2. Reasonable combination of magnetic circuits, the magnetic force can reach 14000gs, and the iron removal effect is excellent;
3. Sealing requirements: the two ends of the magnetic rod are sealed by special welding, which is waterproof, anti-magnetic and durable;
